HOW IT WORKS (POINT BASED)

We use your ENGAGEMENT POINTS as they accumulate in your account to validate and cash-out any refunds you might request. What this means is that the ProfitScout EXTENDED REFUND GUARANTEE gets better the more you engage with ProfitScout. Most emails you receive from ProfitScout will state your accumulated points at the top. 

Opening ProfitScout emails, clicking links, sharing with friends, buying product discoveries, rating products and other activities all add to your account points. 10 points here, 20 points there, and on up to 100 points every time you make a purchase!

YES… you can exchange your points for great bonuses, programs and other benefits…

BUT… you can also apply your points toward your EXTENDED REFUND request.  In fact, they are worth 10 CENTS EACH (cash) if applied toward any refund request.

CASH REFUND EXAMPLES:

  • 100 points gets you $10 on an extended refund request.
  • 200 points gets you $20 on an extended refund request.
  • 300 points gets you $30 on an extended refund request.
  • 400 points gets you $40 on an extended refund request.
  • 500 points gets you $50 on an extended refund request.
  • 1000 points gets you $100 on an extended refund request.
  • 2000 points gets you $200 on an extended refund request.

If you are dissatisfied with any ProfitScout recommended purchase and you cannot get your money back from the original merchant, just tell us within 60 days of your original purchase date. ProfitScout will contact the merchant on your behalf.  If we cannot resolve the matter with 2-weeks of your notification, ProfitScout will refund your purchase based on the number of POINTS you have in your account up to the full amount of your original purchase.

  • Amount you paid for item
  • Date of your purchase
  • Guarantee Period (# of days as you understood it)
  • Original purchase receipt (copy required)
  • Support email or URL for the item you bought
  • Have you made a REFUND REQUEST directly with company? (Yes/No)
  • Date you made REFUND REQUEST  directly with company?
  • Reason for requesting refund (keep it short and factual)
  • Your Name, email and Phone number
